Room Rental Policy

Booking & Payment All reservations are booked and paid for online at the time of scheduling. Full payment is required to secure your booking. Cancellation & Refunds We totally understand that plans change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable. No-Show Policy No-shows are non-refundable. If you're running late, please reach out. We'll do our best to accommodate you within your booked time window. Card on File & Damage Policy A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking and will be kept on file. By completing your reservation, you authorize Monarch Books and Boutique to charge your card for any damages or excessive cleaning fees incurred during your booking period. Damage assessments will be completed within 48 hours of your reservation end time, and you will be notified before any additional charges are applied. Capacity The Monarch's Enchanted Lounge has a maximum capacity of 15 guests. Please do not exceed this number for the safety and comfort of all. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Time & Punctuality Your booking begins and ends at the times you selected. Please plan to vacate the space promptly at the end of your reservation. Overstaying your booked time may result in an additional hourly charge of $25. Conduct & Noise Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening bookings. Disruptive behavior may result in early termination of your booking without refund. Food & Drink & Cleaning Light food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Please leave the space in the condition you found it. Please clean up after your group and dispose of all trash before leaving. Excessive mess may result in a cleaning fee. Liability Monarch Books and Boutique is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or theft of personal belongings during your rental period. To protect our space, the following are not permitted: Glitter, confetti, or loose craft materials Open flames, candles, or incense Tape, adhesives, or fasteners on walls or furniture (Outside decorations are welcome as long as they do not damage the space. When in doubt, just ask us first!) Rearranging or removing furniture from the room Alcohol, unless prior written approval has been obtained Smoking or vaping of any kind Questions about this policy?
